nLC-nESI-MS/MS system (Thermo Q Exactive MS)

The Thermo Exactive benchtop Orbitrap operates with a Dionex nanoUPLC and generates high resolution, high mass accuracy full MS data.  It is used for a variety of studies such as protein ID, quantifying protein abundance, and targeted applications.
