High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC, Agilent 1200)
The Agilent 1200 HPLC system is used for large-scale peptide fractionation. Several fractionation approaches including high pH reverse phase, cation exchange, and anion exchange chromatography can be applied to this HPLC system.
