我的工作是負責細胞學核心實驗室的運作。多年來我們建立各式電子顯微鏡的相關技術,包括超薄切片、負染色、金屬投影、冷凍置換、冷凍蝕刻、和免疫定位等等。近年來,更成功建立了冷凍掃描式電子顯微鏡和高壓冷凍結合冷凍置換兩套新技術。我的工作內容包括了:維持各項儀器的正常運作,並協助使用者使用; 發展與植物細胞學研究相關的技術,尤其是冷凍方面的技術;提供樣品製備、切片、染色、免疫定位等服務;提供諮詢,根據研究目的,幫助研究者選擇最適當的方法;訓練新的使用者使用各項儀器與技術。
