研究專長與興趣:植物發育、植物逆境生理與植物分子生物學

過去十年,我的研究興趣主要聚焦在研究多梳型蛋白基因,EMF2,調控青花菜與阿拉伯芥生長與發育以暸解表觀遺傳對植物發育的調控;利用外加細胞分裂素BA與ipt轉基因青花菜產生內生細胞分裂素的花球探討細胞分裂素延遲青花菜採收後黃化的原因;以及透過整合組學研究尋找綠豆抵禦豆象的因子。我學習到了植物發育、逆境與分子生物學廣泛的知識與經驗。以這些知識與經驗為基礎,我目前興趣於研究農桿菌與植物生殖細胞之間的交互作用。首要目標著重於了解農桿菌介導的花浸轉殖的有效感染時機與目標細胞。基於阿拉伯芥是唯一可在日常被用來以農桿菌介導花浸轉殖產生轉基因後代的植物,因此,我以阿拉伯芥作為模式植物進行研究。了解農桿菌有效感染的時機與目標細胞將促使農桿菌與目標細胞之間的交互作用之研究得以進行,進而解析其中的轉殖機制。這些知識將有助於進一步提升阿拉伯芥的轉殖效率,並應用在作物改良上。
