欲擒故縱:植物從土壤中獲取非移動性營養素的困境

     本實驗室主要在研究和探討植物從土壤中獲取礦物營養素:鐵、磷、和錳的機制。尤其是當必須營養素的可利用性和需求改變時,植物如何調控其獲取和分配。 這些細胞中離子濃度的重新校準,包含感知和傳達營養狀態、代謝和發育途徑重新編程,染色質組織的改變以及轉譯機制的重新編排。

可塑性移動:細胞命運由移動R3 MYB蛋白決來定

     根的表皮細胞 可以分化為根毛或非根毛細胞,其分化路徑由 土壤因子和整體的訊息傳導複雜的交互作用來決定,預測表皮細胞多變分化的形狀,大小和功能。

     了解促進植物塑料開發的機制在氣候變化和集約農業的消極環境因素的背景下是最重要的。了解導致植物如此具有多變彈性的分化機制在氣候變化和對集約農業對抗逆境環境是非常重要的。因此藉由不同逆境環境的線索我們目前致力於研究非細胞自主R3 MYB蛋白CAPRICE及其旁系同源物在決定細胞分化的走向。
