[馬家威博士] Research Assistant (RA) / Postdoc 實驗室研究助理/博士後

The lab of Ka Wai Ma is inviting application working on a NSTC-
funded project titled Transcriptome-guided combinatorial gene
editing to understand plant-microbiota homeostasis. The Ma lab
uses both gnotobiotic Arabidopsis and the associated bacterial culture
collection to understand the principles governing plant-microbiota
homeostasis. Our research employs a multitude of omics techniques
including 16S amplicon sequencing, transcriptomics and proteomics
for functional analyses. The lab is currently looking for a motivated
candidate to work on a CRISPR editing project with subsequent
phenotyping.

馬家威實驗室現誠聘研究助理/博士後，從事由國科會資助【以轉錄組
導向進行組合基因編輯以了解植物微生物相的平衡機理】項目。本實驗
室使用阿拉伯芥模型系統和相關的微生物庫進行植物微生物相重組實驗
以了解植物微生物群互動平衡機理。實驗室使用擴增子測序、轉錄組學
及肽組學分析等技術，並提供相關技術培訓。

Applicants are required to

1. hold a MS degree (RA) or a PhD (postdoc)
2. experience handling plants
3. have good command of English and preferably basic
knowledge of mandarin.
4. basic experience in microbiology or molecular biology
5. experience using golden gate cloning system is highly preferred

Academia Sinica MS degree standards: NT$45624/month or above.
Academia Sinica PhD degree standards: NT$64711/month or above.
Merit-based prorated end-of-year bonus.
依中研院碩士級助理標準，45624元/月(含) 或以上；博士標準，64711
元/月(含) 或以上。考核績效後，發放年終獎金。
You will receive training to work on plant gnotobiotic system,
reconstitution experiment and multiple omics techniques.
本實驗室將提供植物無菌系統、微生物相重組和多體學方面的培訓。
