[Chih-Horng Kuo] Postdoc or Research Assistant Positions

[Bacterial Evolutionary Genomics] Using bioinformatics tools, we
conduct large-scale comparative analyses of genome sequences
to investigate the genetic diversity and diversification of different
bacteria. The research focuses on developing species delineation
methods to improve taxonomic frameworks and identification
accuracy, while also examining key genes associated with
bacterial diversification to provide new insights into evolutionary
and functional genomics. For related research projects and recent

(1) Strong interest in research and motivation to learn; relevant
research experience is a bonus but not required.
(2) English proficiency; lab meeting and experimental notes are all
in English.
(3) Academic degree in Life Sciences or related fields.

Starting monthly salary: Postdoc, from $64,711; MS-level
Research Assistant, from $44,968; BS-level Research Assistant,
from $38,388. The year-end bonus is 1.5 months. The exact
starting salary and the following adjustments are based on
experience and performance.
