| Requirements | 1) Strong interest in research and motivation to learn; relevant research experience is a bonus but not required. 2) English proficiency; lab meeting and experimental notes are all in English. 3) Academic degree in Life Sciences or related fields. |
| Salary | Starting monthly salary: Postdoc, from $60,274; MS-level RA, from $41,885; BS-level RA, from $35,756. The year-end bonus is 1.5 months. The exact starting salary and the following adjustments will be based on experience and performance. |
