SEM Training Course

The new High Resolution Scanning Electron Microscope was completed in the early of 2026. In addition to its high resolution, this new field emission scanning electron microscope is equipped with a cryo system, an EDS detector, a sensitive BSD detector, and a scanning transmission electron detector.

A training course on "Scanning Electron Microscope" will be held on March 17, 2026. The training consists of a lecture (10:00-11:00 AM) and hands-on practice. Registration is required for hands-on practice. There are three time slots to choose from, which must be specified when registering: Time Slot 1 (11:15 AM - 12:45 PM), Time Slot 2 (2:30 PM - 3:00 PM), and Time Slot 3 (3:15 AM - 4:45 PM). Each time slot is limited to 8 participants, subject to adjustment. Interested colleagues are encouraged to participate! For registration, please contact Dr. Wann-neng Jane.
