Can I process the cDNA synthesis and hybridization directly if I detect my RNA quality using a spectrophotometer and Bioanalyzer and it is good for analysis?

RNA may be degraded for some reasons after RNA quality detection and prior to submission. If we do not first process RNA QC, poor RNA quality may lead to rejected at secondary QC stage (cRNA). This may waste the user’s time and money. For the above reason, we have to be sure that quality of all samples that users submit is up to a high standard.
