We are two cell biology labs in Taiwan. We use model systems to study fundamental biology questions related to cell structures and functions.

Chao-Wen received B.S. from National Taiwan University and Ph.D. from UC Davis while did most of the work of autophagy and vacuole fusion at U Michigan, Ann Arbor. She did her post-doctoral work on late secretory pathway at UC Berkeley. She established her lab at Academia Sinica in 2007.

Rey-Huei received B.S. from National Taiwan University and Ph.D. from Harvard University in studying cell signalling. She did her post-doctoral work on mitotic checkpoint control at UC San Francisco. She first established her lab at Cornell University in 1997 before relocating to Academia Sinica in 2004.
