What should I do if there is serious genomic DNA contaminate in my RNA samples? |

1. The LiCl precipitation of RNA might be applied without further purification (please refer to Ambion technical bulletin #160). 2. Treat with RNase-free DNase to remove the genomic DNA from RNA sample. But the following purification might be needed to avoid following enzymatic reaction. |
