Methods and material for paper publication

For standard 3’-expression array assay

Ten ug total RNA were used for cDNA synthesis, labeled by in vitro transcription followed by fragmentation following the manufactory’s suggestion (GeneChip Expression Analysis Technical Manual rev5, Affymetrix).  11 ug labeled samples were hybridized to GeneChip* at 45℃ for 16.5 hours.  The wash and staining were performed by Fluidic Station-450 and the the GeneChip* were scanned with Affymetrix GeneChip Scanner 7G.  *please specify
